How it Works
To order a smart vase, simply choose your desired homeware item and add it to your cart. Then, proceed to view cart and enter the link to the recipient's favourite song in the 'order special notes' section, then proceed to checkout and finalise payment. We will program the NFC chip inside the item with the song link, and the recipient will be able to enjoy their favourite song whenever they tap their phone on the item.
Important Things to Keep in Mind
- Make sure the recipient has the correct program installed on their phone. For example, if you send a Spotify link, make sure they have Spotify installed.
- The recipient's phone must have NFC capabilities. Most modern phones have NFC, but it's always a good idea to check before ordering.
- If the recipient has a chunky phone case, it may block the NFC signal. Try removing the case if this happens.
How to Re-program the NFC Chip
We will send you instructions on how to reprogram the NFC chip with your order. This makes it easy to change the song that plays when the recipient taps their phone on the item.
